The journey
From need to a working lab
In Akoko, the school and surrounding community needed more than goodwill — they needed a place where children could sit down, power on a laptop, and learn without the lights going out. The Foundation responded with a full ICT intervention, not a partial one.
We supplied ninety laptops and fitted out a dedicated ICT room for the school. The facility runs on solar power, with government grid supply as backup, and includes step-down equipment so the room is safely and steadily powered for daily use.
Every workstation is part of a complete learning environment: furnished room, equipped machines, and power infrastructure designed to last beyond a single photo opportunity.
